EME Engineering Inc. has the necessary experience and expertise to prepare CAN/ULC S1001 Integrated System Testing Plans and/or Reports acting as the Integrated System Testing Coordinator.

EME staff will review the existing mechanical, electrical and life safety systems and prepare documentation and ensure compliance. Whenever possible consultation with design professionals and design documents will be required.

All buildings require an Integrated Testing Plan which clearly outlines how systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, HVAC, SB-4 Smoke Control, etc) are interconnected and what tests are required to ensure correct operation. The Integrated Testing Plan must be completed by an Integrated Testing Coordinator; the coordinator is required to be independent from the company completing the fire alarm verification

Integrated Testing Reports are generated following on site testing, as required by the Integrated System Plan. Testing is completed on site in conjunction with annual Fire Alarm Verification and will require the involvement of multiple trades to verify accuracy and correctness in the test results.
